I’m writing to thank you for your interest in our products, and to go into a bit more detail concerning them.

Past experience with product lines has usually been to a fairly finite customer type. Of course, you always hope your product can appeal to more than one market or application, but it tends to be difficult to appeal to a broad market.

The Val 6 KBE5S and DayStar Radiants have been a striking departure from that marketing mindset.

The Val 6 has quality perception and function and there is definitely still a market for quality.

There will always be a market for gas radiants and furnaces, waste oil furnaces and related fixed installation heaters, and the Val 6 doesn’t presume to replace all of them. However, as a companion line, the Val 6 are high quality, and many times, smaller investment units, with very economical operating expense, that just happens to have portability in its favor, as well as being able to operate away from the 110 volt power source (using the optional current inverter and a 12 volt battery, or cigarette lighter receptacle).

The Val 6 is efficient and effective in a much wider application spectrum than any portable space heater on the market. Customers and prospects alike typically comment on the decided operational differences, such as no fumes, odors, burning eyes and headaches, quiet operation, etc. While most prospects are price conscious, price shopping becomes minor as Val 6 advantages become understood.

The effort to attract a “new” buyer to your business is an all day, everyday priority.

Val 6 Radiants give your existing customers another product, and profit point, to access from you. You will also attract interest and sales from any customer who can use clean, portable, versatile heat, and in the process, open doors to sales of your existing products in your line; customers who may not have been a fit for your product line, otherwise.

You will like how easy, fast, and impressively Val 6 Radiants demonstrate. Whether demonstrating out of your sales or service vehicle, or at a trade show, the Val 6 simply stops traffic, and many times, are impressive enough to sell at that point.

For these reasons and more, Val 6 Radiants work well as a stand alone sale, or a companion product. You will increase sales and find yourself opening difficult markets.

Initially and ironically, the biggest resistance may come from you, the salesman, stemming from a reluctance to offer a higher ticket item. For example, the pressure washer industry dealt with exactly the same questions when steam and hot water pressure cleaners appeared on the market. Lower priced cold water washers were the norm and hot water units were seemingly at a price disadvantage. Now, the roles are reversed, the advantage being to the hot water pressure washer because of its superior cleaning and versatility, with price being a comparatively minor factor.

This product lends itself best to demonstration oriented marketing. Until you have seen for yourself what our Val 6 Radiants have going for them, and then have seen the reaction as you demonstrate to a prospect, you really are missing the excitement of selling an intriguing, exciting product. Perhaps the closest description would go back to seeing for that first time, the differences between cold and hot pressure washers.

Probably the biggest mistake one should avoid is underestimating the scope and potential of the market. There is simply a bigger customer potential than many retailers are equipped to service.

We can only urge your prompt attention. Christmas and year end tax influenced purchases have obviously elevated sales, but winter conditions are only in early stages. We urge you to act on the introductory pricing to acquaint yourself as well as to begin demonstrating and selling.

There is simply too massive a market to run the risk of lukewarm commitments to selling. Assignment of sales areas will only be restricted to master distributor type commitments.

For most, master distributorships are too aggressive to consider without further experience with Val 6 Radiants. Consider our introductory offer and come on board!
